Celebs out on force for Alfred Dunhill Links Championship 2025

Andy Murray was seen during the practice rounds having turned to golf following his retirement from tennis.

Hollywood stars were seen among the amateurs taking part in the 24th edition of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

The tournament is a celebration of links golf and is staged over three world-famous courses; the Old Course at St Andrews, Carnoustie Golf Links and Kingsbarns. The Championship is the sixth of nine tournaments of the Back 9 phase of the 2025 Race to Dubai.

Tyrrell Hatton will return to defend his title after becoming the first player to win the event three times in 2024, adding to his previous victories in 2017 and 2016.

Stars from the worlds of film, music and sport are amongst the amateurs taking part in the Team Championship, including Hollywood actors Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta Jones. Dept. Q and Discovery of Witches actor Matthew Goode joined the action.

Scotland's Andy Murray was seen during the practice rounds having turned to golf following his retirement from tennis. Former Wimbledon Champion and Olympic Gold medallist has been an enthusiastic member of the circuit.
