Luke Littler passes driving test after failing theory test six times and can buy dream £30k Mercedes

The 18-year-old darts superstar passed first time and had zero errors in his practical test

Darts sensation Luke Littler is celebrating success away from the oche – he passed his driving test.

The 18-year-old star’s stunning rise in darts saw him become world champion last year.

And he proved faultless on his bid day behind the wheel as passed his practical driving test without any faults.

That was better than his theory test attempt which he failed SIX times.

Teen sensation Littler will now be able to use his mega earnings to splash out on the £30,000 Mercedes A-Class which he was eyeing up this year.

Littler revealed he was hoping to spend some of his £500k prize money on the fancy set of wheels despite not being able to drive.

He said: “I’ve always loved a Mercedes A-Class. Just a small car. Last year I was looking at driving and I loved Ford Focuses.

“But now, I’ve gone up in the world just a little! What model? No idea. Just an A-Class. I don’t know the different models.”

He initially said he was only planning to have lessons when he moved into his twenties – but has accelerated his plans to get on the road.

Littler added: “I’m going to have to do my lessons before I get into my twenties when it’ll be too late and I can’t be bothered.

“It won’t be a birthday present. I think it would be a birthday present from me to me.”
