Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe tips and Lonchamp best bets as Cualificar the Paris pick for Garry Owen

CUALIFICAR (3:00) can give Andre Fabre more joy in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp. Second in the French Derby at Chantilly, the colt stayed 1m 4f stoutly when taking the Niel here. The bay is nicely unexposed over that trip so he can defy a world-class field with a clear passage.
DIAMOND NECKLACE (12:40) looks a real gem for Aidan O’Brien in the Prix Marcel Boussac. The two-year-old can stay unbeaten after caning Sukanya in a Leopardstown Listed event.
RAYIF (1:15) can sparkle for Francis-Henri Graffard in the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere. The colt remains upwardly mobile after thrashing Andab in a Group 2 at Deauville.
ASFOORA (1:50) can enjoy more Group 1 glory for Henry Dwyer in the Prix de l'Abbaye. The speedster is world-class at best so she can atone for her flop in the Curragh Flying Five.
RB KINGMAKER (2:25) can lift the Arabian World Cup for top trainer Jean-François Bernard.
ONE LOOK (3:50) can hit the target for rising trainer Paddy Twomey in the Prix de l'Opera. The filly recorded a new career best when chasing home Barnavara in a Curragh Group 2. The bay is still improving over 1m 2f so she can power to her first career top-level win.
MORE THUNDER (4:25) can strike for William Haggas in the Qatar Prix de la Foret. The colt continued his rapid rise by crushing Witness Stand in a Group 2 at Newbury. That was a top-class performance so the four-year-old can secure his maiden Group 1.
